Ross Parkman

Ross Parkman has extensive experience in operations and human resources management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Chart Industries, Inc. since November 2011, where responsibilities include directing project personnel, managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating finance and legal aspects. Ross previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for multiple business units overseeing over 300 field service employees across various states, and began at Trelleborg Offshore US, Inc. as an HR Coordinator, focusing on recruitment and HR system implementation. Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Economics from Baylor University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
