Van Winn

Van Winn has extensive experience in product management and user support within the SaaS healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product and Implementation at ChartSwap since February 2013, Van has successfully managed the onboarding of new provider partners and adapted user configurations in Salesforce. Previous roles at ChartSwap include Sr. Manager of User Support and Implementation Manager, where Van played a key role in educating users on the platform's features. Earlier experience includes an internship at Foursquare, providing support to merchants via Zendesk, as well as a Sales and Marketing Internship at SchoolAdmin. Van holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
