Jeffrey Carlson

Jeffrey Carlson's work experience includes various roles in product management, technical solutions consulting, and technical account management. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Head of Product, Publisher Products at Chartboost since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Twitter from 2015 to 2022, where they held positions such as Sr. Manager, Technical Solutions Consulting, Lead Technical Solutions Consultant, and Senior Technical Solutions Consultant. At Twitter, they provided technical services and support to mobile app publishers and collaborated with internal teams to develop products and services. Before Twitter, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Conversant, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they provided technical support to publishers and integration support to supply-side partners. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Technology Solutions at Plug and Play Tech Center, overseeing technology change initiatives and implementing the company's first CRM solution. Jeffrey also founded CivicSpeak, Inc., focusing on civic engagement applications and data. In addition, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship and as the Manager of Information Technology at S.S. Fager Consulting, Inc.

Jeffrey Carlson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from the University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2002. Jeffrey then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at Penn State University with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Finance between 2006 and 2008.
