Amy Teeter

Amy Teeter has diverse experience in operations and technical support, beginning with a role as a Signal Support System Specialist in the US Army from 2000 to 2004, where Amy was recognized for her skills in combat signal support systems and user education. From 2011 to 2016, Amy held multiple positions at Time Warner Cable, including Tier 3 Technical Support Supervisor, where Amy optimized performance standards and collaborated on process standardization. Since August 2018, Amy has served as Regional Operations Manager at Charter Communications, managing a team responsible for network repairs and maintenance in Kentucky and Ohio, while focusing on compliance with department policies and facilitating transitions to new systems.
