Daniel Picard

Daniel Picard is a Senior Program Manager at Charter Communications, bringing extensive experience in healthcare technology and project management. Previously, Daniel served in the United States Air Force as a Pathology Flight Manager and later as a Systems Analyst and Software Trainer, where they focused on implementing electronic health records and training medical personnel. Daniel also worked as a Consultant at Sense Corp, where they conducted assessments for healthcare organizations, and as a Project Manager at Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, assisting clinics with EHR implementations. Daniel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
