David Chen

David Chen is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Charter Communications since May 2016 and concurrently at Time Warner Cable since November 2009, David has a robust background that includes leadership roles such as President at Broadnet Digital and Director at Scopus Video Networks. Previous positions include Senior Director at Liberate Technologies and Morecom Inc, and Senior Staff Engineer at General Instruments. David holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Dalian Maritime University.
