Eric Hellman

Eric Hellman is an experienced leader in corporate learning and design, currently serving as Director of Corp Learning Design & Operations at Charter Communications since August 2016. In this role, Eric consults with various business units to develop learning solutions that align with organizational goals and implements operational frameworks to streamline project management. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Sr. Manager Curriculum Design at Charter's Spectrum Enterprise, managing a team of Instructional Designers to create role-based curricula aimed at revenue growth and market expansion. Eric has also held managerial and instructional design roles at Time Warner Cable, Lowe's Companies, KEMET Electronics, and BI-LO, LLC, demonstrating a strong background in performance improvement and training solutions. Eric holds an MHRD in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina.
