Jeff Raines

Jeff Raines is currently the Senior Director of Business Planning at Spectrum, a role they began in 2023. Previously, Jeff served as the Director of Business Planning at Charter Communications from 2017 to 2023, and held multiple financial leadership positions, including Director of Finance at both Emmaus Homes and Easter Seals. They also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Emmaus Homes and Director of Finance and Administration at Voices for Children. Jeff earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science, and Geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1985 to 1991.
