Mark S.

Mark Studness is a seasoned professional in digital account and support platforms, currently serving as the Group Vice President at Charter Communications since October 2017. In this role, Mark leads a product team focused on enhancing digital adoption and self-service transactions for customers. Prior to Charter, Mark was the Director of E-Commerce at Verizon from April 2004 to September 2017, where Mark also directed efforts to boost online sales and customer self-service capabilities. Mark's extensive experience includes positions as Director of Product Management at Winstar Communications, Product Development Manager at MCI, and Software Engineer at AT&T. Mark holds a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts from Harvard University, an M.S. in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a B.S. in Management Science & Statistics from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
