Michael Cornwell, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Payroll Analyst at Charter Communications since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing payroll metrics through custom Tableau dashboards, implementing operations tracking tools, conducting stakeholder analyses using LEAN methodology, and providing training on enhanced processes. Prior experience includes holding the role of Senior Garnishment Team Member at Charter Communications, and Garnishment Delivery Specialist at Aon Hewitt, along with a brief tenure as an Account Executive at Allegiance Merchant Services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Western Carolina University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Appalachian State University, expected to complete in December 2024.
