Rick Perry

Rick Perry is an experienced training consultant and former director of curriculum management with a robust background in telecommunications and operational training. Currently self-employed since March 2010, Perry has delivered technical training to key service stakeholders at Charter Communications and has overseen trainers focused on new technologies. Previously, Perry served as the director of curriculum management at Charter Communications from March 2010 to March 2019, owning a custom woodworking business from January 2006 to January 2010. Prior roles include management positions at Qwest Communications and AT&T, where responsibilities encompassed local network reliability, outage management, and national service management for significant government accounts. Perry holds a B.A. in Pre-Law & Education from Concordia College.
