Ryan Boger

Ryan Boger is an experienced Technical Program Manager with a comprehensive background in video operations and compression systems, currently employed at Charter Communications since July 2014. In this role, Ryan oversees the planning and implementation of national video platforms, managing a team of implementation engineers. Prior to this position, Ryan held various roles at EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation from January 2006 to July 2014, including Video Compression Systems Manager, where responsibilities encompassed department management, system maintenance, and quality assurance for multiple video services. Ryan's career began in January 1996 at EchoStar Satellite, L.L.C., progressing from NOC Team Leader to Compression Systems Supervisor, showcasing strong leadership and project management skills throughout. Ryan earned an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Graphics and Design from Mercer County Community College between 1991 and 1993.
