Ted Baecher

Ted Baecher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government affairs, legislative policy, and ethics. Baecher served as Vice President of State Legislative Affairs and Ethics at Charter Communications since July 2016 and previously held roles at Cablevision Systems Corporation, including Managing Counsel for Government Affairs, Legislation, and Ethics, and Senior Counsel for Legislative Affairs. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant District Attorney at the Nassau County District Attorney's office and Deputy Director of the Governmental Affairs Division at the New York City Council, where Baecher managed legislative efforts and legal matters across various sectors. Baecher is also an Adjunct Professor at Molloy College, teaching courses in Philosophy of Law and Political Philosophy, and earned a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University at Buffalo Law School.
