Tracy Pratt

Tracy Pratt has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Specialist Level 2 in Enterprise Technology Support Services at Charter Communications since July 2010. Previous roles include Information Systems Administrator at Refrigeration Sales Corp. from May 2007 to January 2010, where responsibilities included managing corporate information systems, Citrix, BES, networking, telecom, and cellular systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a PC Support Analyst at Agilysys from July 1997 to April 2007, providing laptop and desktop support, and as an Electronics Technician at Crystaloid Electronics from June 1991 to June 1997, focusing on the production and repair of test and display equipment. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Information Systems and an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from The University of Akron.
