Will Masters

Will Masters is a Senior Data Scientist at Charter Communications, where they develop machine learning algorithms to monitor and improve customer service for over 45 million DOCSIS devices. They previously held positions at Comcast and Dish Network, focusing on big data analysis and operations forecasting. Will has a background in engineering, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree in Data Science from Regis University. Their early experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at Colorado State University and teaching various age groups at Vision Quest Enterprises.
