Ben Fahey

Ben Fahey's work experience includes a role as a Senior Development Manager at Charter Hall starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they had a period of gardening leave in January 2022. Before that, they worked at Frasers Property Industrial, where their roles included General Manager Business Development from September 2021 to January 2022, Manager, Industrial from October 2016 to September 2021, Senior Development Manager from March 2015 to October 2016, Development Manager from November 2009 to March 2015, and Assistant Development Manager from November 2007 to November 2009. Fahey also held a role as a Committee Member on the Industrial, Infrastructure & Logistics Committee at the Property Council of Australia from January 2017 to January 2022. Ben started their career at CBRE, where they worked as a Valuer from December 2004 to November 2007 and as a Research Analyst from November 2003 to December 2004.

Ben Fahey completed their Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Property at the University of South Australia from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they studied at St Marks College from 1997 to 2001. In later years, they attended Melbourne Business School and completed the Emerging Managers Program in 2015 and the Finance for Non-Financial Managers program in 2017.
