Conor Arkell

Conor Arkell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Conor is currently working at Charter Hall as a Senior Fund Analyst since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Finance Manager - Office from August 2022 to July 2023, and as an Analyst - Office from August 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Charter Hall, Conor worked at Real Asset Management Group, where they held positions such as Portfolio Manager from February 2021 to August 2021, Senior Analyst from November 2019 to February 2021, and Analyst from June 2018 to November 2019. Conor also gained experience at Colliers International Australia as a Retail Property Manager from July 2016 to May 2018 and as an Assistant Property Manager from January 2016 to June 2016. Conor began their career at Property Pursuit as a Property Researcher from September 2015 to January 2016. Conor also interned at Hyperdome Center Management from February 2015 to July 2015, and briefly worked as a Tradesman Assistant at Dave Griffith Electrical in February 2014.

From 2019 to 2020, Conor attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business (Applied Finance).

Conor also attended QUT from 2013 to 2015, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Property Economics.

Prior to their university education, Conor attended Brisbane Boys' College from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a High School degree. During this time, they studied Mathematics B, English, Economics, Biology, Physics, and Ancient History.

In addition to their formal education, Conor has earned several certifications. In 2015, they obtained certifications including "Introduction to Cougar" from Cougar Investment Management Solutions by MRI Software, "EstateMaster DF Training" from EstateMaster - Property Software, "Excel 2010: Data Validation in Depth" and "Excel 2010: Essential Training" from lynda.com. In 2013, Conor also obtained a Certificate III in Retail Operations.

Furthermore, Conor's involvement in the field of property is evident as they became a Committee Member of the Property Council of Australia in January 2023.
