Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams, CAIA, is an experienced Fund Manager at Charter Hall, specializing in diversified funds management since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from July 2021 to January 2023, and as an Investment Banking Associate at CBRE from June 2019 to June 2021. Jonathan began his career as an Analyst at 151 Property, a Blackstone portfolio company, followed by a role at Colliers International Australia as an Executive in the Capital Markets team. Earlier experiences include working as a Certified Practising Valuer at LandMark White and as an Assistant Valuer, highlighting proficiency in commercial and retail valuations. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Sydney Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, and Real Estate from The University of Queensland.
