Matthew Mac has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. Matthew started their career at JB Hi-Fi as a Sales Associate, where they demonstrated product knowledge, achieved KPIs, and provided excellent customer service. In 2017, Matthew joined Nasdaq as a Business Analyst, where they monitored SMARTS operations and implemented projects. Matthew also created a Power BI dashboard to help clients make informed product decisions. Matthew then pursued freelance work in 2018 as a Full-stack Developer, developing a bespoke CRM solution using Node.js, React.js, Express, and MongoDB. In 2019, Matthew joined BGIS as a Data Analyst and later as a Data Engineer, leading the development and management of the Department of Defence Australia account's ETL pipeline. Matthew collaborated with software architects and business analysts to design an estate management tool. Currently, Matthew works at the Australian Department of Defence as a Data Consultant, creating BI dashboards and automating reporting for various departments.

Prior to that, they were enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Banking & Financial Services at the University of Wollongong in 2014 and 2015.
