Mitchell Woods

Mitchell Woods has a diverse background in the real estate industry, with experience in asset management, property management, and leasing. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Asset Manager at Charter Hall since July 2021. Prior to that, Mitchell worked as an Asset Manager at ARA Asset Management from July 2019 to July 2021, where they were responsible for the overall performance of the Brisbane CBD portfolio and worked on repositioning and value-add initiatives of distressed assets. From July 2018 to June 2019, they served as an Asset Manager at AXA Investment Managers with a focus on building repositioning and leasing of institutional-grade office buildings. Mitchell also has experience working at Investa Property Group, where they held various roles including Senior Property Manager, Property Manager, and Assistant Property Manager. In these positions, they worked on leasing, capex, strategic positioning, and transition of premium-grade commercial office assets. Mitchell began their career as a Commercial Associate at Raine & Horne Parramatta from January 2011 to August 2013. Mitchell Woods obtained their High School Certificate (HSC) from Oakhill College, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. Mitchell then pursued a Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney from 2007 to 2010. Their academic focus during this period included property, valuation, economics, property law, project management, and property development. In December 2010, Mitchell obtained a certification as a Certified Real Estate Agent from the NSW Office of Fair Trading.
