Sam Watson

Sam Watson is an experienced professional in industrial transactions, currently serving as the Head of Industrial Transactions at Charter Hall since March 2021. Prior roles at Charter Hall included Senior Transaction Manager and Transaction Manager. Before rejoining Charter Hall, Sam worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate and Analyst from November 2018 to March 2021. Sam's initial tenure at Charter Hall began in January 2017 as an Analyst and Junior Analyst. Academic qualifications include a Master of Finance from the University of Technology Sydney (2017-2018), a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney (2012-2016), an exchange program in Business/Commerce at HEC Paris in 2015, and foundational education at Sydney Grammar School (1999-2011).
