Simon Greig

Simon Greig has worked in various roles in the real estate industry. Simon began their career as a Valuer at Jones Lang Lasalle in 1988 and worked there until 1997. Simon then joined Savills as an Associate Director, working in Capital Transactions from 1998 to 2005. In 2007, they joined Winten Property Group as an Acquisitions Director and worked there until 2011. Simon joined Charter Hall in 2012 as an Investment Manager, where they played a key role in the establishment of the Bunnings Partnership Fund. Since 2013, they have been the Fund Manager of Core Logistics Partnership (CLP), overseeing its growth to a value of around $1.5bn with 26 industrial assets.

Simon Greig obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, completing their studies between 1984 and 1987.
