Steven Bennett

Steven Bennett currently serves as the Vice President of the Property Council of Australia NSW Divisional Council and is a member of the PCA NSW Diversity Committee since February 2021. Bennett has been with Charter Hall since March 2010, holding roles as Direct CEO, Head of Direct Property, and Fund Manager for unlisted property funds. Prior to this, Bennett was the President of the Property Funds Association from April 2019 to April 2021 and served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Macquarie Group from 2003 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
