Steven Phan

Steven Phan has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Steven began their career as a Sales Assistant at Ray White from June 2012 until July 2016. Following this, they joined JLL as a Team Assistant in the Industrial Sales & Leasing department, where they worked from June 2016 to September 2018. After that, they took on the role of Assistant Valuer in the Valuations & Advisory team at JLL from October 2018 until August 2021. Subsequently, Steven worked as a Valuer in the same department at JLL from September 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Development Analyst at Charter Hall, starting from June 2022.

Steven Phan attended Mazenod College and completed their high school education in 2011.

In 2012, they enrolled at LinkLearn and obtained an Agent's Representative Certificate.

From 2013 to 2015, Steven Phan studied at Monash University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in Economics & Finance.

In 2016, they enrolled at RMIT University and completed a Graduate Diploma of Property in 2020.

In 2019, Steven Phan attended ARGUS and obtained the ARGUS Software Certified (ASC) - EstateMaster certification.

Additionally, in September 2021, they obtained the Associate - Certified Practising Valuer certification from the Australian Property Institute.
