Dee Thibodeau

Dee Thibodeau is the current CEO of Charter Solutions. Dee has a long history of working in various leadership positions in the Minnesota business community. Dee started their career as a nurse at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. Dee then transitioned into working in technology at the Minnesota Technology Association. From there, they moved into the venture capital world with Sofia Fund. And finally, they landed their current role as CEO of Charter Solutions. Throughout their career, Thibodeau has always been driven by their passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their community.
