Caroline Corrigan

Caroline Corrigan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Charter Wire, where responsibilities include supporting managers to enhance business operations and foster a positive employee experience while overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, and community relations. Previously, at A. O. Smith Corporation, Caroline held multiple roles, including HR Generalist and Engineering Office Manager, where recruitment, employee relations, and management of the intern/co-op program were key duties. Additionally, in the role of Global Talent Management Specialist, responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, training, and performance management, complemented by early experience as a Human Resources/Office Assistant.
