Mario Matos

Mario Matos is an accomplished engineering professional with a specialized background in product and process engineering. Currently serving as a Product Engineer II at Charter Wire since July 2022, Mario previously held positions including Tooling Engineer at Tulip Richardson Manufacturing, where responsibilities included creating and reviewing tooling part prints and managing tooling inventory. Mario also contributed to new product introduction as a Process Engineer at Vulcan Global Manufacturing Solutions and spearheaded process improvement initiatives as a Process Improvement Engineer at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions. Mario's career began as a Manufacturing Engineer at Vulcan Global, where work instructions and facility layouts were developed. Early experience includes customer service and instructional roles in the paintball industry and mentoring engineering students at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
