For example, business bank statements can be automatically downloaded directly to Chartered Online Accountant; receipts can be scanned by a phone app which automatically uploads them to Chartered Online Accountant, or they can be popped into a secure, pre-addressed, freepost envelope, and sent to Chartered Online Accountant for inputting and storage. Documents can be signed and stored electronically.

All of your business’s financial and accounting documents can be scanned by you or Chartered Online Accountant and electronic copies retained for you to access at any time and to meet your legal record-keeping requirements.
