As Head of Property Simon is responsible for the Strategic Asset Management of the Charity’s property investment portfolio as well as their operational portfolio, his focus being to reposition the portfolio and maximise returns. Simon has over 20 years’ experience in both commercial and residential property sectors, having previously worked on behalf of several high-net-worth family offices.
