Tom Baev

Tom Baev is an accomplished ACCA qualified finance leader with over a decade of progressive experience in senior roles across both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at the Charterhouse, Tom leads significant financial transformations, including the migration to Sage 200, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enhancing internal controls. Previously, they held key positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Tandem Engineering and Head of Finance at the English National Ballet, where they drove financial effectiveness and improved operational efficiencies. Tom holds an Executive MBA in International Marketing from Berne University of Applied Science and completed the ACCA program at Kaplan Financial.
