Chad Nusbaum has a long and varied work history, beginning in 1998 as a Sales Representative for Educational Institutions at Apple Inc. In 1999, they moved to Dell as an Account Manager, where they remained until 2008. During this time, they fostered relationships with C-level decision-makers to deliver corporate IT solutions. In 2008, they became an Episcopal Priest at The Church of St. Peter and St. Paul, providing pastoral services and counseling. In 2012, they moved to St. Louis Catholic Church as a Pastoral Associate for Congregational Development, where they augmented the output of technology equipment. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Chief of Operations at St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, directing all operational programs. In 2022, they joined CharterUP as a Partner Success Account Manager, Account Management Lead, Partner Success Account Manager, and Customer Success Account Manager.

Chad Nusbaum attended Trinity High School from 1986 to 1988. Chad then went on to the University of North Texas, where they earned a B.A. in Psychology in 1994. In 2005, they graduated from Nashotah House Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity (M.Div.).
