Jonathan Hawks, M.A.

Jonathan Hawks, M.A. has held a variety of roles since 2008. Jonathan began their career at SDI Media as an Account Representative, where they demonstrated the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality assurance standards. In 2011, they began working at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker, helping customers reach their financial goals. From 2012-2014, they held two positions at David Weise and Associates as an Assistant to Account Manager, where they coordinated client travel needs and acted as a direct liaison between clients and their account manager. During this time, they also held a Hospitality Team Member role at the Los Angeles Dodgers, performing essential game-day operations and customer service objectives. From 2014-2018, Jonathan worked at the Ontario Reign as a Senior Service Executive and Service Executive for Season Ticket Sales & Retention, where they retained and grew a significant book of business of Ontario Reign Season Ticket Members. During this time, they were recognized as an AEG #1 Market Performer and Ontario Reign Ticket Salesperson of the Month. In 2018, Jonathan began working at Ascend Fundraising Solutions as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for the day to day success of all AscendFS clients across western North America. Jonathan developed industry-leading best practices and strategies for success, and provided on-site and remote support to clients. In 2021, Jonathan began working at RentSpree as a Client Success Manager. Currently, they are employed at CharterUP as a Customer Success Account Manager, where they work with 1200+ operators across North America to create an online marketplace for charter bus transportation.

Jonathan Hawks, M.A. attended Valley High School in West Des Moines, Iowa from 1999 to 2003. Jonathan then earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Southern Methodist University from 2003 to 2007. In 2014, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
