William Pepping

William Pepping started their career as an Aquatics Lifeguard at Lifetime Fitness from 2005 to 2008. William then worked as a Marketing Intern at Vehicle Acceptance Corp in 2010. Later that year, they became a University Intern and Financial Advisor at North Star Resource Group until 2011. In 2011, they joined US Metal Buildings as an Account Executive. From 2012 to 2013, William worked as an Account Executive and Senior Sales Manager at Yelp, where they trained and managed a team of inside sales representatives. In 2018, they worked briefly as an Inside Sales Manager at Social Solutions before moving to Andela as a Partnerships employee. In 2019, they became a Business Owner and worked for himself until joining CharterUP in 2023 as a Sales Manager for the Inside Sales Marketplace Team.

William Pepping attended Basha High School from 2003-2007 and graduated. William then went on to study at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2007 to 2011. During their time at the university, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and another Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
