Roser A

Roser A has extensive experience in client services and operations, currently serving as a Retrieval Analyst/PRC at ChartRequest since September 2022. Prior to this, Roser held the position of Operations Lead at VEN Consulting India Pvt Ltd from November 2021 to February 2022. Roser spent a significant tenure at Deluxe from August 2011 to October 2021, where roles included Client Lead, Process Expert, Senior QC Engineer, and QA/QC Engineer. Academically, Roser earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from St. Joseph's University and a Master of Business Administration in Information Science from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education.
