James Gresham has a long and varied work experience. James began their career in 1999 as a Technical Account Manager at RealMed, where they developed a Customer Service Center and created a Customer Care Standard Operating Procedures manual. In 2003, they moved to Bell Techlogix as a Technical Account Manager, where they were the lead integration manager for new clients and managed thirteen clients and forty direct reports. In 2013, they became a Senior Compliance Analyst at TCC, developing a process for creating, tracking, and reviewing contract audits between a fortune 500 company, state governments, and subcontractors. In 2018, they joined Renewal by Andersen as an Inside Sales Center Assistant Manager, overseeing up to 75 employees and managers in two locations and creating a call center handbook and developing a new process for employee sales bonus structure. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at ChartSpan Medical Technologies as a Workforce Analyst, evaluating and restructuring five separate inbound and outbound call center departments and developing and implementing new processes and procedures for hourly employee time entry system.

James Gresham earned an Associate's degree in Computer Network Systems and Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute between 2009 and 2010.
