Rob Shad

Rob Shad has over 17 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. Rob began their career in 2004 as the Owner/Developer at GrrMode, where they created Android settings applications and custom Android ROMs. In 2013, they joined Mediasation/Fuel as a Senior PHP Developer, leading the development of a custom CRM software suite and acting as a DBA for the full version of the suite.

In 2014, Rob Shad began working as a Web Developer at Smith Drug Company, where they were responsible for developing automated tasks for pushing and pulling sales and product data. Rob also worked as a Freelance Interactive Developer at The Cargo Agency and an Interactive Developer at Erwin Penland.

In 2018, Rob Shad joined ExoCrypt Investments, LLC as a Member/Software Engineer, developing APIs and data extraction tools for their manual and automated trading platforms. In 2019, they returned to The Cargo Agency as a Senior PHP Developer, developing reports for gantt charts, tracking tasks and usage in daily stand up meetings. In 2020, they joined Cloudbeds as a Senior Backend Engineer and in 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at ChartSpan Medical Technologies.

Rob Shad obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2008. Rob previously attended Independence High School from 1997 to 2001.
