Tim Scallen

Tim Scallen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Bailey & Company, a Nashville-based merchant banking platform specializing in growth and late-stage healthcare and technology companies, since September 2020. In addition to these roles, Tim holds board observer positions with ChartSpan Medical Technologies, Southern Family Dental Partners, and Gradient AI, while also having served on the board of Verge Health and Navigating Cancer. Previous experience includes roles as Principal and Vice President at TripleTree, Board Observer at Updox and NucleusHealth, and Associate at Norwest Equity Partners. Tim Scallen earned a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
