Chris Carpenter

Chris Carpenter has over 20 years of experience in the medical records industry. Chris began their career in 1998 as a Field Representative at Diversified Medical Records Services, where they traveled to physician's offices to digitize requested medical records. Chris was then promoted to Regional Manager in the Midwest, where they were responsible for site retention and account relations, as well as hiring and firing in their region. In 2002, they were promoted to Chief Security Officer, where they created, reviewed, and maintained all information security policies and procedures company wide. Chris was then promoted to Director of Operations in 2006, where they managed and maintained every level of operations nationwide and was responsible for profit/loss margins in every region. In 2016, they left Diversified Medical Records Services to become the CEO and Founder of ChartSquad, where they supervised and controlled all strategic and business aspects of the company, with a key focus on compliance and growth.

Chris Carpenter's education history began in 1990 when they attended Cabrillo College, where they studied English, Mathematics, and General Education. Chris then transferred to American River College in 1992, where they studied English and General Education/Pre Law until 1996.
