Carol Smye, MBA, CHRL, is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy at Chartwell Retirement Residences, where they focus on talent selection and acquisition. With extensive experience across various HR domains, they have held roles including Talent Acquisition Manager at Switch Health and Corporate Recruiter at CBI Health Group. Fluent in French, Carol has developed expertise in areas such as recruitment, policy development, and employee relations throughout their career. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Concordia University, expected to be completed in 2025.
