Hanosh Dubash is an experienced food service professional with a diverse culinary background. Currently serving as Food Service Manager at Chartwell Retirement Residences since March 2019, Hanosh has held various leadership roles in the food industry, including Corporate Executive Chef at Saboroso Brazilian Steakhouse and Operations Manager positions at Uno Mas Tequila & Wine Bar and Bell 'n Whistle Bar & Bistro. Previously, Hanosh worked as a Contracted Chef Consultant at Restaurant Consultancy, and has extensive experience as an Executive Chef at Kinki Asian Fusion and Mambo Nuevo Latino. Hanosh began culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Institute in 2007, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
