Jia Adil

Jia Adil has extensive experience in project and solution delivery, currently serving as the Director of Solution Delivery at Chartwell Retirement Residences since March 2017. In this role, Jia Adil creates annual budgets and develops comprehensive plans to achieve company objectives while ensuring effective resource allocation. Prior to this, Jia Adil worked as a Technology Project Manager at TD, leading cross-functional digital projects and managing vendor negotiations for a significant retail cash forecasting solution. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Project Manager at Global Payments, Project Manager at Research In Motion, and Project Manager at Davis + Henderson, where Jia Adil successfully executed diverse projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, earning recognition for outstanding project delivery.
