Philippe Guiet is the Regional Director of Food Services (Québec) at Chartwell Retirement Residences, a position held since 2020. They previously served as the Director of Food Services and were the Technical Director at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa from 1990 to 2013. Philippe was also a Professor and Coordinator of the Culinary Arts Program at Collège Boréal from 2014 to 2018 and worked as a Sous Chef at Café Henry Burger from 1988 to 1990. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Université du Québec - Télé-université and are currently pursuing a Certificate in Food Science at Université Laval.
