Steve Vallevand is currently the Senior Vice President of Retirement Operations at Chartwell Retirement Residences. Previously, they served as Vice President of Operations & Sales at the same company from 2014 to 2016. Steve has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts and Regional Vice President of Operations at CHIP Hospitality. Steve also held management positions at Rimrock Resort Hotel and Commonwealth Hospitality. They earned a BA Honours in Political Science from Carleton University and completed executive programs at York University and Cornell University.
