Diego Barea

Diego Barea is a graduating senior at MIT, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. They have worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Radia, Inc., where they designed modular tooling and developed code that significantly reduced operational labor costs. At Chartwell Consulting, Diego served in various roles, including Consultant and Engagement Manager, leading projects that improved production efficiency and generated substantial cost savings. Currently, they work as a Senior Consultant at Chartwell, increasing output for sterile injectables while managing a small team.
