Tom Green is an accomplished Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Leader with extensive experience driving corporate transformation and achieving operational excellence across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Chartwell Studio, Tom integrates all functions and oversees Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Previously, Tom held significant roles at BASF, Valent BioSciences, and Wiley Companies, where they implemented strategic initiatives that enhanced productivity and streamlined supply chains. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Tom is also passionate about mentoring and building high-performing teams while fostering innovation in the fields of dietary supplements and food logistics. Tom earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
