Beth Mack

Beth Mack is a Senior Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, where they focus on strategic initiatives in the food and beverage industry. Previously, they served as a District Registered Dietitian and District Wellness and Marketing Manager, developing and implementing wellness and sustainability programs across multiple universities. Beth has also worked as a Food Access Health Educator for the Mecklenburg County Health Department, promoting healthy eating within community settings. They hold a BS in Dietetics from The Ohio State University and a Master's in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
