Chris Marks is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant and kitchen management. Starting as an Executive Chef at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc. for seven years, Chris advanced to serve as Executive Sous Chef at The Capital Grille, where responsibilities included hiring, inventory management, and enhancing guest experiences. Subsequently, Chris became the Owner of Dinner Ready and held leadership roles with Aramark as both Executive Chef and Director of Premium Operations, earning accolades for contributions to prestigious wedding venues. Currently, Chris serves as General Manager at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services while possessing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Johnson County Community College.
