Eric Dahm is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, beginning their career as a Line Cook at Steven Wade's Cafe from 1987 to 1989. They completed a culinary apprenticeship at Walt Disney World from 1989 to 1993 and held various chef roles, including Executive Sous Chef at Lake Toxaway Country Club and Club House Chef at The Country Club of Virginia. From 2003 to 2015, they served as Executive Chef at Willow Oaks Country Club and continued to excel in the role at Blessings Golf Club and Springdale Country Club until 2022.
