Michael Jones is an experienced Kitchen Supervisor and current Sous Chef, working at the Holiday Inn Nashville and Nashville Airport Hotel since 2015. With a strong background in catering, food and beverage management, and menu development, they have also held positions such as Senior Sous Chef at Gaylord Entertainment and Sous Chef at Trump Taj Mahal.
