Patrick Gaughan

Patrick Gaughan is currently the Quality Assurance and Food Safety Manager at Northwestern University, overseeing operational food safety and training across the Evanston and Chicago campuses. Previously, Patrick held various culinary positions, including Executive Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Midwest Regional Prepared Foods and Bakery Category Analyst at Whole Foods Market. Patrick began their culinary career at Treasure Island Foods, Inc., later serving as Lead Cook at Wyndham Hotel Group and Sous Chef at Radisson Hotels. Patrick earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Kendall College.
